This listing is for a metal skid to bolt under the hitch of a unbraked trailer. It is a legal requirement that the design of a trailer AFrame or drawbar does not damage the road surface when it is set down. The hitch itself also should not touch the floor. This skid fits on to the hitch bolts and fore fills this requirement. The hole centres are 90mm, which is suitable for most hitch's or for a heavy duty cast hitch, the skeg can be squeezed together to fit the closer hole centres. Steel construction, galvanised for corrosion protection.
